• Sancțiuni mai dure pentru părinții care se eschivează de la plata pensiei de întreținere a copiilor: arest contravențional sau muncă neremunerată în folosul comunității.
• Prezentarea informațiilor despre comisioanele aplicate va fi obligatorie pentru prestatorii de servicii de plată.
• Republica Moldova va schimba automat mai multe categorii de date financiare cu alte țări.
• Stocurile de gaze naturale vor fi obligatorii și în regiunea transnistreană.
• Noi facilități pentru instalarea sistemelor de stocare a energiei electrice.
• Legislația privind administrarea și utilizarea drumurilor publice va fi aliniată la standardele UE.
• 50% din salariul mediu lunar – valoare de referință pentru evaluarea adecvării salariului minim.
• Republica Moldova aderă la două convenții internaționale privind protecția mediului marin.
• Cadrul normativ privind identificarea și înregistrarea animalelor va fi modificat și armonizat cu standardele Uniunii Europene.
• Au fost modificate domeniile de activitate ale comisiilor permanente. Comisia pentru economie, buget și finanțe va examina bugetul Curții de Conturi și va emite un aviz obligatoriu.
• Cadrul normativ existent în domeniul contractelor de garanție financiară va fi armonizat în totalitate cu cel al Uniunii Europene.
• Gheorghe Ghidora a fost numit în funcția de vicepreședinte al ANSC.

• Более строгие санкции для родителей, уклоняющихся от уплаты алиментов на содержание детей: административный арест или неоплачиваемые общественные работы.
• Предоставление информации о взимаемых комиссиях станет обязательным для поставщиков платёжных услуг.
• Республика Молдова будет автоматически обмениваться с другими странами более широким спектром финансовых данных.
• Обязательные запасы природного газа будут введены и в Приднестровском регионе. Законопроект принят в первом чтении.
• Новые возможности для установки систем накопления электроэнергии.
• Законодательство об управлении и использовании автомобильных дорог общего пользования будет приведено в соответствие со стандартами ЕС.
• 50 % среднемесячной заработной платы — референтное значение для оценки адекватности минимальной заработной платы.
• Республика Молдова присоединяется к двум международным конвенциям по защите морской среды.
• Нормативная база в области идентификации и регистрации животных будет изменена и приведена в соответствие со стандартами Европейского союза.
• Изменены сферы деятельности постоянных комиссий. Комиссия по экономике, бюджету и финансам будет рассматривать бюджет Счётная палата Республики Молдова и представлять обязательное заключение.
• Действующая нормативная база в области договоров финансового обеспечения будет полностью гармонизирована с законодательством Европейского союза.
• Георге Гидора назначен на должность заместителя председателя Национального агентства по рассмотрению жалоб.

Summary of the plenary sitting of the Parliament held on June 18, 2026

• Tougher penalties for parents who evade child maintenance payments: offenders may face administrative arrest or community service sanctions.
• Payment service providers will be required to disclose information on fees and commissions applied to their services.
• The Republic of Moldova will expand the automatic exchange of financial account information with partner countries.
• Mandatory natural gas reserves to be introduced in the Transnistrian region as well. The draft law was approved in the first reading.
• New incentives to facilitate the installation of electricity storage systems.
• Legislation governing the management and use of public roads will be aligned with EU standards.
• 50% of the average monthly wage to serve as the benchmark for assessing the adequacy of the minimum wage.
• The Republic of Moldova joins two international conventions on the protection of the marine environment.
• The legal framework for animal identification and registration will be updated and harmonised with European Union standards.
• The mandates of Parliament’s standing committees have been revised. The Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance will examine the budget of the Court of Accounts and issue a mandatory opinion.
• The legal framework governing financial collateral arrangements will be fully aligned with European Union legislation.
• Gheorghe Ghidora has been appointed Deputy Chairperson of the National Agency for the Settlement of Appeals.
