Sinteza ședinței plenare a Parlamentului din data de 15 noiembrie 2024

Proiecte votate în prima lectură:

• Exercitarea profesiei de psiholog va fi reglementată în Republica Moldova
• Încălcările care nu pun în pericol siguranța participanților la trafic nu vor mai fi sancționate cu amendă. Se vor face avertismente
• Procesul de documentare și soluționare a contravențiilor va fi digitalizat. Proiectul a fost votat în prima lectură
• Votat în prima lectură: Procedura luării în custodie publică va fi reglementată mai clar
• Modificări legislative pentru consolidarea stabilității sistemului financiar, votate în prima lectură de Parlament
• Cadrul normativ privind prevenirea spălării banilor și finanțării terorismului va fi adaptat la rigorile standardelor internaționale în domeniu
• Votat în prima lectură: În Republica Moldova va fi creat un registru nou de evidență a rețelelor edilitare

Proiecte votate în lectura a doua:

• Compensațiile la energie vor fi acordate sub formă de plată monetară
• Școlile din țară vor avea acces egal și nediscriminatoriu la granturi tehnice. Modificările au fost adoptate de Parlament
• Parlamentul a ratificat Protocolul de amendare a Acordului de instituire a Organizației Internaționale a Viei și Vinului
• Parlamentul a ratificat un acord de combatere a migrației ilegale cu Republica Azerbaidjan
• Convenția dintre țara noastră și Marele Ducat de Luxemburg privind evitarea dublei impuneri și prevenirea evaziunii fiscale cu privire la impozitele pe venit și capital a fost modificată

Synthesis of the Parliament’s plenary session of November 15, 2024

Bills voted in the first reading:

• A draft law laying down the principles, organizational conditions, rights, duties, obligations and responsibilities of the profession of psychologist was voted by the Parliament in the first reading
• Violations that do not endanger the safety of traffic participants will not be sanctioned with penalty. Warnings will be done
• The process of documenting and resolving contraventions will be digitalized. The project was voted on in the first reading
• The procedure for taking into custody will be regulated more clearly
• The legislation on bank recovery and resolution will be harmonized with EU legislation, as the Parliament voted at first reading on a draft law to this effect
• The normative framework on prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing will be adapted to the rigors of the international standards
• It was voted in the first reading: A new register of building networks will be created in the Republic of Moldova

Bills voted in the second reading:

• Energy compensations will be offered in the form of monetary payment
• The schools will have equal and non-discriminatory access to technical grants, Parliament ratified today amendments to the loan agreement between our country and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
• Parliament ratified the Protocol amending the Agreement to institute the International Organization of Vine and Wine
• Parliament ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Readmission
• The Parliament ratified at first reading the Protocol amending the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Luxembourg on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income
